Terms of use

These terms apply to AI Music Insights (aimusicinsights.com), run by Northfrost Media, trading as AI Music Insider (Mark Draijer). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@aimusicinsider.com.

1. What the service is

AI Music Insights shows creators what works for AI music artists on TikTok, YouTube and Spotify, and helps you plan songs and posts. Our assistant, Scout, uses AI to answer questions and write plans.

2. Your account

3. Plans, credits and payment

4. Estimates, not promises

Everything on the site — trends, hit rates, "times usual", niche scores, estimated earnings, and every plan or answer from Scout — is based on public data and estimates, and AI can make mistakes. It's guidance, not a guarantee of views, streams or income. Earnings figures are rough ranges, not statements of what any artist actually earned. Decisions about your music and spending are yours.

5. How you may use the data

6. What you make

Plans, titles, lyrics ideas and prompts Scout writes for you are yours to use. You're responsible for what you publish, and for following the terms of the tools you make music with (such as Suno) and the platforms you post on.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and the data fresh (updated weekly), but can't promise it's always available or error-free. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something important you paid for, you can cancel.

8. Ending your account

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss, such as lost income or missed opportunities, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

10. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.
